All protected cards and protected sealed products are eligible for a standard 80% CatchCoins CatchBack, redeemable at any time. This guarantee never expires as long as the item remains in eligible condition. Certain promotional products may not be eligible for the standard CatchBack program.
How do CatchCoins work?
CatchCoins are our platform currency used for all buyback payments. You can use CatchCoins to purchase any items on our marketplace, or convert them to cash through your dashboard with no fees. CatchCoins maintain 1:1 value with USD and never expire.
